Welcome to Domestic Energy Assessors Limited
DEA operates within the private and public sectors to deliver Energy Assessment and Inspection services, and from August 1st 2007 DEA will be providing the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and the Home Condition Report (HCR).
The Energy performance Certificate is a required document in the Home Information Pack (HIP), and the Home Condition Report is currently an optional document. Further information available here.
DEA delivers a national service at a local level to our partners and ad hoc users of our service. To achieve this we work in partnership with our Domestic Energy Assessor and Home Inspector colleagues to help build strong relationships with our clients. We aim to support the business needs of our clients by providing a fast turnaround of the EPC and HCR, with a commitment to quality and customer service, ensuring that our client's business is represented to the highest standard.
