DEA operates within the private and public sectors to deliver Energy Assessment and Inspection services; we provide the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the conveyancing, social and rental markets.
Due to the difficult market conditions, and as a matter of policy we do not provide Domestic DEA training to the open market. If you are not already a DEA, and unless you are in a relevant property career, then we advise you to think long and hard before investing your money.
