EPiC© (EPC Information Storage and Retrieval Manager)
Our EPiC© data management programme stores all gathered data for each individual property. Apart from the EPC data, other types of information available on EPiC© will depend on what you request us to gather.
EPiC© performs the following actions:
- Using the ‘Master’ and ‘Clone’ EPC (See below for explanation), EPiC© can manage voids to ensure EPC’s are produced as required at an affordable cost
- Retrieves a replacement Energy Performance Certificate
- Retrieves a properties detailed energy efficiency data
- Requests individual or group property data i.e. property age, property type, heating types and age of systems, insulation status, lowest or highest SAP ratings and much more depending on any extra data that you wish our assessors to collect
- EPiC© can be utilized to support or prepare energy efficiency projects ‘Master’ and ‘Cloned’ Energy Performance Certificates
Where there are larger volumes of homes to be assessed, then a ‘Cloned’ EPC can be issued where the following conditions exist: the property has not been individually assessed but is considered the same as, or similar to other housing units in a block. e.g. multiple flats in a block of same dimensions, construction and heating. By inspecting a percentage number of these properties we can provide a representative sample of all units in a block; based on the data gathered from the ‘Master’ EPC, we then provide the EPC Clone for the homes that did not receive an inspection. We provide the ’Cloned’ EPC at a lower cost than the ’Master’ EPC. Regular monitoring reports, stock audits and data feedback for client projects are provided as required.
